Yes, we will provide you with the initial equipment in the accommodation so that you can start your vacation carefree. 2 dishwasher tabs (if you have a dishwasher), 1 dishcloth and 1 roll of toilet paper. Note: Please note that you will need to bring all other daily necessities, such as toilet paper or soap, with you.
Yes, in the apartment you will find a small display where you will find the access code for the Internet, which we are happy to provide you with free of charge, so that you are also equipped with good Internet on vacation.
Yes, you can optionally book our laundry package for a service fee of €25 per person. When you arrive, you will find freshly made beds. This includes one large and one small towel. The price includes the staff service of making and taking off the bed linen, as well as cleaning, drying, care and storage.
We will issue your spa card for you and make it available at your accommodation. In order to be able to offer you this service, please send us the names of all fellow travelers (over 18 years) by e-mail in advance. This Tourism contribution is charged for the maintenance of the beaches, spa promenades and public facilities at the seaside resorts. Children and young people up to the age of 18 do not have to pay tourist tax. You will also receive detailed information in the booking confirmation.
If the accommodation has its own signposted parking lot, you can park there on the day of arrival, from 4 pmpark free of charge. In vacation resorts with several parking spaces, there are no fixed parking spaces unless specifically signposted. However, there are usually plenty of parking spaces available in the surrounding area.
Yes, you are traveling by bike or would like to rent one on site? You can safely store your bike with us and even charge e-bikes. You will find detailed information about the parking spaces in the guest information in the apartment you have booked.
Select the "Dogs allowed" option in the filter selection and all dog-friendly accommodation will be displayed. The corresponding dog symbol will also be listed there. Note: Only dogs are allowed as pets.
If you are unable to start your trip, you can cancel your vacation apartment in writing at any time. Cancellations made up to 28 days before the start of the trip are free of charge. You will not incur any pro rata rental or processing fees. You can find all information on our cancellation conditions in our GTC. In order to avoid possible cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out a Travel cancellation insurance.
The address of the accommodation can be found on the website as well as in your arrival information. We will send you the arrival information by e-mail approx. 7 days before your arrival date.
You can take your apartment key from the key safe on the day of arrival using the key code. You can find out how to find this on site in the arrival instructions, which we will send you by e-mail. You will receive the access code from us, also by e-mail, one day before your arrival.
From 4 pmyou canflexibly check into the apartment using a key code. Even if you arrive late in the evening, you can check into the apartment contactlessly until 11 pm.
Until 10 o'clock you have time to leave the apartment. You can then leave the key to the apartment in the key safe with your access code.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for our guests to check in earlier during the high season. In the low season we try to accommodate our guests regarding an earlier check-in, if possible.
The spa cards will be ready for you in your apartment when you check in.
In your apartment you will find a small display with a QR code and our WLAN password. If you scan the QR code, you can view a pdf file with all the information about your apartment. You can also use the guest app, the link to which you received in the arrival instructions.
Yes, you can find the emergency number in the pdf document that you will find on the QR code display in your apartment. However, we ask you to use this only in urgent emergencies. Questions about the apartment are usually answered in the pdf file or via the guest app.
No problem. If you have forgotten your bed linen on arrival, bed linen packages are available on site, which you can use for an additional charge of €25 per person. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
With pleasure! We can provide you with a gas barbecue with accessories (20€) or an electric barbecue (15€) for an additional charge. Please contact us in advance so that it is ready for you on the day of arrival.
No problem. Our cleaning staff go through the rooms after each stay and put your things back if something has been forgotten. Contact us by phone or e-mail so that you can get your belongings back promptly.
